TERMS OF USE

These Terms of Use ("Terms") are an agreement between you and TradeReview ("we," "us," or "our") for your use of our services ("Services"), including:
- Our website at https://tradereview.app/
- Our web application at https://tradereview.app/web/
- Our mobile applications for iOS and Android (TradeReview)
- Related support, community, and marketing interactions
By creating an account, checking the agreement box at login, or using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
Our Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, and Disclaimer are part of how we describe the Services. If you have questions, email [email protected].
THE SERVICES ARE A JOURNALING TOOL
TradeReview is software for logging trades, reviewing performance, and using related tools such as calculators and broker import. We are not a broker, exchange, bank, investment adviser, or dealer. We do not execute orders, hold client funds, or provide investment, tax, or legal advice.
Read the full Disclaimer before relying on anything in the Services.
ELIGIBILITY
You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract. The Services are not directed to children. You are responsible for complying with the laws that apply to you, including any rules that apply to your trading.
ACCOUNTS
You may sign in with Google or Apple. You are responsible for activity on your account and for keeping access to your sign-in method secure. Tell us at [email protected] if you think someone is using your account without permission.
We may suspend or close an account that violates these Terms, appears fraudulent, or creates a security or legal risk.
YOUR CONTENT
You retain rights in the trade data, notes, images, and other material you add to the Services ("Your Content"). You grant us a limited license to host, store, process, and display Your Content only as needed to provide and improve the Services, including backups and support.
You represent that you have the right to upload Your Content and that it does not violate law or third-party rights. We do not claim ownership of your trades.
ACCEPTABLE USE
You agree not to:
- Use the Services for anything illegal, or to provide regulated investment services you are not authorized to provide
- Probe, disrupt, or overload our systems, or attempt to access other users' accounts or data
- Scrape, copy, or resell the Services except as we expressly allow
- Upload malware or content that is unlawful, harmful, or infringing
- Misrepresent TradeReview as a brokerage, signal service, or source of guaranteed returns
Community channels have additional community guidelines.
SUBSCRIPTIONS AND PAYMENTS
Some features require a paid plan. Current plans are described on our pricing page. Prices and features may change; we will not change the price of an already-paid period without notice as required by law.
- Web: subscriptions are billed through Stripe. You can manage or cancel from your account while it remains active.
- iOS: purchases and cancellations are handled by Apple. Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies to App Store downloads and in-app purchases.
- Android: purchases and cancellations are handled by Google Play under Google's applicable terms.
Fees paid for a billing period are generally non-refundable except where the store's rules, Stripe's process, or applicable consumer law requires otherwise. Taxes may apply.
THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
The Services may connect to brokers, sign-in providers, payment processors, app stores, and similar third parties. Those services are governed by their own terms. We are not responsible for third-party outages, data they send us, or how they treat your information — see our Privacy Policy.
Broker names and trademarks on our site are used for identification only. TradeReview is not affiliated with or endorsed by those brokers unless we say so.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The Services, including software, design, text, and TradeReview marks, are owned by us or our licensors. These Terms do not transfer that ownership. You may use the Services for your own journaling; you may not copy or redistribute our software or content except as allowed by law or with our written permission.
WARRANTIES AND LIABILITY
The Services are provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that calculations, imports, or stats are complete or accurate.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law, including liability for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence, where such rules apply.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for lost profits, lost trades, lost data, or other indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the Services. Our aggregate liability for claims relating to the Services is limited to the greater of (a) the amounts you paid us for the Services in the 12 months before the claim or (b) 50 EUR, except where a higher minimum is required by consumer law.
INDEMNITY
If your use of the Services or Your Content causes a third-party claim against us, you will defend and indemnify us against that claim to the extent permitted by law, except to the extent we caused the claim through our own willful misconduct.
CHANGES AND TERMINATION
We may update these Terms. The "Last updated" date shows the latest revision. Material changes may be noted in the app or by email. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the updated Terms. If you do not agree, stop using the Services and delete your account.
You may stop using the Services at any time and delete your account in Account settings, as described in the Privacy Policy. We may stop providing all or part of the Services with reasonable notice where practicable.
GOVERNING LAW
These Terms are governed by the laws of Poland, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. If you are a consumer, you may also have mandatory rights in your country of residence, and you may be able to bring a dispute in the courts of that country. Nothing here limits those rights.
