Log versus loop
Is a free journal enough?
Stonk Journal gives you an honest, complete trade log for nothing: stats, a P&L calendar, risk rules, setups, multiple accounts. For proving to yourself that journaling helps, that is genuinely enough.
What it does not do is make you review. TradeReview queues unreviewed trades into Review Sessions, scores how often you followed your own rules, and ties every trade to a named Strategy with a checklist. Most traders do not fail at recording — they fail at going back.
